OYEAH SS/English/Chinese EOY is over!!!
I feel screwed... :(
Lol, for SS I thought the SBQ would be a breeze and SEQ would be a screw-up, but it was the opposite :P English and Chinese was okay, though.
Next up: Biology... I doubt I would screw up Bio... hope can get A1... :)
Good Luck everyone!
I remember Khoon Hwa telling me that he couldn't navigate my blog... is it that difficult to? His com couldn't load it :P
EPIC FAIL!
Lol, today during Physics, Mr Eng taught us about Sound. Then, he started saying about pitch. Obviously, someone from choir just have to bring up my exciting history (actually not someone, everyone :(). Lol, not that I'm pissed, but embarrassed. Thoroughly embarrassed. For those in the dark, here's what happened.
Eng: Humans can only sing about from lower C to higher E. (Lol, music:P)
Class: TUCK WENGGGGGG
Joelle: Tuck Weng in Soprano ehhh
Eng: Only sissies can sing very high
Class: LOLOL
Me: -_-
I got pwned :S
Speaking of which, the incident started to remind me of my choir history... Let's walk down the memory lane, shall we? But before that, let me clear up some misunderstandings (or should I say, Idiot's guide to Choirs.. :P). When I was in Sec 1 (and 2), the TMS Choir was separated into Soprano 1, Soprano 2 and Altos. Currently (Sec 3), the choir is now Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass, where only Females are in the first to groups and Males in the latter.
When I was in Sec1, I was in Soprano 1. Then, signs of voice breaking appeared (kinda late, since I am a December boy). At Sec 2 (from Term 1 to 2), I converted to Soprano 2. Then, after SYF (at June), I became an Alto. At Sec 3, the choir rearranged itself, and I became a Tenor (for only 1 semester, IIRC). At Semester 2 (Term 3 and now), I am in Bass.
Lol, I can be anything... :P
Went to Khoon's blog and linked (almost) everyone from there... everyone don't mind, I just wanted to be able to access the blogs from my own one. If you dislike me linking to you, feel free to tag a reply. (lol that is if you ever read this... :P) Don't worry, I left out everyone's surname.
So sian... Thursday is SS + English EOY... :(
Stop reading this guys, go read your Social Studies textbook.
:P
Lol... so sian. Read a few random classmates' blogs and all they post about is school (well at least that's what KH does :P). IDK why everything is about studying. Everything revolves around grades. Look at us humans- we spend 20 years of our lives studying, 30-40 years of our lives working and whatever we have left is spent slacking away (too stereotypical, but the truth hurts). Now you all know why I slack so much?
OMG just 2 weeks to exams... EOY sucks. Every time I go home, I play/slack till 8, eat dinner till 8:30, slack in my study room till 10 and attempt to study till 11. Whenever I try to study, I will still end up slacking... the only time I will ever study is if there is a test the following day... :(
Speaking of slacking, I think Phoenix Wright-Ace Attorney is a uber fun game. In the DS game, you take the role of a 22 year old defense attorney (that is, a lawyer), fight in court trials and argue in court.
Now you guys know why I love to argue during Toh's class?
No offense, Mr Toh, but calling you by your surname is so much faster, easier and convenient.
Lol, tiring week indeed. Just completed Chem test today. Joshua Chan (3/1) and Zhan Hao came over to my house for about 3 hours. We Brawled on Wii, played djmax on Chan's PSP, Hao played Elite Beat Agents on my DS and we basically slacked and played the entire day.
Slack FTW!
For anyone wondering why I decided to recreate a blog (I had an old blog which I deleted), I was cause of Toh. Mr Vincent Toh asked us (3/2) to each create a blog. We were supposed to post some lame comments of random articles, but I doubt he would have time (or effort) to read all of our blogs... no offense. Don't feel like doing the work now, so I'll procrastinate and leave it for later (as with the pile of holiday homework I put away).
Lol, thanks to Toh, I finally had a valid reason to get onto the com to slack (IMO blogging ain't work :P).
Slack FTW!
Well, I recently bought a Wii on Sunday for my birthday present (my bday is on December, lol). Wii is uber fun. Really. I know many Singaporeans prefer X Box/PS3 to Wii, but check Wii out. IMO PS3 and XBOX is just like each other, and their selection of games don't interest me much. I mean, a majority of their games are FPS or RPG. Every game I fancied is either on Wii, DS or computer, so Sony and Microsoft just lost another customer.
I got my Wii for $520 at Challenger and bought Super Smash Bros Brawl (SSBB) at Comex for $60. I feel sad for those Nintendo geeks who bought the Wii and its games just when it was released (cost 680 bucks for the Wii then). but I don't blame them.
Thanks to my Wii (and Brawl), I spent the entire holidays slacking away (or should I say, Brawling away :P). GG for me.
About the blog, if anyone wants to post a comment/link me/get linked by me, feel free to do so. Post a cbox.
<3 my new layout :P
